Gender quotas in the boardroom

This Infographic, published in The Future Workplace Special Report, reveals that women account for almost half the UK workforce and yet their representation on executive boards remains poor. While some progress has been made over recent years – FTSE 100 boards met a voluntary target of 25 per cent female representation in 2015 following the Davies Review – there’s still a long way to go.
