Female entrepreneurs in the boardroom are on the rise. And while there are more women heading up some of the world's largest blue chips, the number of female chief executives is still embarrassingly low. In the FTSE 100 alone, the number of CEOs named either David or Dave (eight) outnumbered the total number of female bosses (six).
